Certification

The Evergreen Chapter offers its members opportunities for Professional and Technical certification:

Professional certifications are Certified Patient Account Manager (CPAM) for hospital employees and Certified Clinic Account Manager (CCAM) for employees of clinics.

Technical certifications are Certified Patient Account Technician (CPAT) for hospital staff, Certified Clinic Account Technician (CCAT) for clinical staff and Certified Compliance Technician (CCT).

AAHAM Technical Certification Exam Changes - Beginning with the May 2008 technical exam period, all applications and payments for technical certification examinations are to be sent by the applicant directly to the AAHAM National office.  The chapter will continue to coordinate proctors and exam locations as before.  Please be aware that postponements of exams will no longer be allowed.
